Jaime Flores (Al-J, Chef), has been with SakeTumi since 2005 and creates classic sushi with a contemporary flare.

Sunhee (owner) is an expert in Korean cuisine. Together with our Chefs and their senses of culinary precision and helpful hospitality we’re sure you’ll be pleased.

Christophor Rick, General Manager – Christophor  joined the team in summer 2017. He’s aiming to streamline and optimize the business and increase the level of service to the highest point it can be so that it matches the great quality of the food. He’s a lifelong service industry professional who strives to give every guest the best experience they can have.

Our serving staff are professional and knowledgeable in Asian Cuisine.
