Kenichiro Shimbara, from Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison, Jaime Flores (Al-J, Chef), from SakeTumi since 2005 and new chef Matthew with 13 years experience in WI. With their expertise, they create classic sushi with a contemporary flare. Sunhee (owner) is an expert in Korean cuisine. Together with our Chefs and their twin senses of culinary precision and helpful hospitality are sure to please you and your guests.
