New chef Master James Oh leads our sushi bar and kitchen, Master Oh, with 25 years of sushi experience, comes to us from California, Andy Woo, from Tampa, FL, Kenichiro Shimbara, from Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison, Jaime Flores (Al-J, Chef/Owner), from SakeTumi since 2005. With their expertise, they create classic sushi with a contemporary flare. Sunhee (owner) is an expert in Korean cuisine. Together with our Chefs and their twin senses of culinary precision and helpful hospitality are sure to please you and your guests.

Our serving staff are very professional and knowledgeable in Asian-Fusion Cuisine.
